Up in smoke

Clouds of black smoke billow from a warehouse in Liuzhou, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, that caught fire at about 10 am yesterday. Officials said the blaze had caused at least 10 million yuan's ($1.47 million) worth of damage, as the unit contained 2,000 tons of sugar, 3,000 refrigerators and air conditioners, and various other items.
