Hu to attend leaders' dialogue between G8, emerging economies

Chinese President Hu Jintao will attend a dialogue meeting between the leaders of the Group of Eight (G8) and emerging economies from July 8 to 10 in Italy, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement Monday.

Hu is going at the invitation of Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, the statement said.
